Swim Team Records Boards
Motivational Concepts offers three different styles of custom display boards to fit any team and budget. Select by style or cost.
THIN-TRACK RECORD BOARDS for Age Group, H/S or College Teams
These walk-up display boards showcase records or achievements in 1/2" , 3/4" , or 1" letter strips. The 1/2" strips are for age group records, the 3/4" and 1" strips are for High School, College or recognition displays. We provide a template for you to print out and cut your own records making replacement of a broken record quick and easy at NO cost.
These customized boards come in a standard size of approx. 4 ft. by 4 ft. with frame and a slide-out, lockable Plexiglas cover. Year-round age group teams may have more records that can fit on one board. Most High School and College boards can fit all records on one board.
This is a walk-up board meant to be mounted at eye level. For much larger wall-mount boards please see the DuraTrack board KITS below.

These record boards come in a choice of 4" or 2" letter squares and are meant to be mounted higher on a pool or gym wall and do not have a cover. The 4" squares (letters are about 3 and 3/4" high) can be read clearly from the length of a 50 meter pool. We no longer manufacture fully finished boards in our largest letter size but now offer "kits" that make the same style boards but saves you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. (Shipping alone was extremely expensive.)
Everything is included but the substrate and framing. The substrate (panels) can be melamine "bath panel" or thin aluminum or PVC sheeting. You attach the tracking, join the substrate sheets together with the included H-channel (for a seamless look), apply the record letters, and mount the boards with our included instructions and hardware (depending on the type of wall).
Framing can be a painted edge on the substrate, painted wood around the outside, or none at all. The standard letter/number color is black but you can give your team a unique look by painting your frame one color and order the letters in a different color .... even a third color for the major heading letters!

DuraTrack board kits with 2-inch letter squares are the same as the above 4-inch but are for age group teams with hundreds of records or HS/College teams with less wall space. These displays can be read from the length of a 25 yard pool. They are fully customizable and fit your budget. Since Age Group records are broken regularly, the ease of changing them at ZERO cost is the biggest advantage. These displays are also meant to be mounted higher than arm's reach.
